Pusser's Happy Hour

A few nights ago several friends from the office went to Pusser's on Ego Alley for a happy "hour." We only lost one chair in the water, and were able to retrieve it with the help of the staff :) It was grand fun -- ending the night around midnight in a cute Eastport favorite location with FANTASTIC steak sandwiches. Yum!

Who's the Cute Puppy?

I named Matty after my dad. His nickname through college was Matty and he LOVED dogs. He always wanted one, and now my little girl is named after him :)

Nickelback

I went to the Nickelback show at Merriweather Post Pavilion and it was awesome. Great music, lots of pyrotechnics, lots of energy...I'd highly recommend the show to anyone that has the chance to see them!

Getting Acclimated

Matty and I have been hanging out and getting to know each other. She loves to play and loves to sleep. We've been to some parks and to downtown Annapolis to sight see -- where everyone swarms to "oohhh and ahhh" and pet the cute puppy :)

She also loves her present from Peter and Jordan -- a ligament stick. She can chew on that stick for hours on end :)

Relaxing on the Water

A few friends from the office went out boating a few weeks ago thanks to two generous friends with beautiful boats. We cruised around for a bit to see Annapolis from the water, including the famed "Ego Alley" and the Naval Academy. Then we anchored the boats for a while in a quiet area to swim. The sea nettles were out but they were still small and you could barely feel the stings! We finished with a delicious dinner at a cute restaurant on the water and finished the night around midnight. Much fun!!

Adoption Day

I picked up Matty when she was a little over 8 weeks old. Isn't she cute?! She is a puggle - half pug, half beagle and is only 4 pounds! She is a firecracker and I love her!!!
